Default problem with exhaust.. need alittle help.

okay well ive had kinda a fluke in my spugen single TI, ive talked to them and they are been very helpful, but it would be some time before i can get a replacement peice in.. so i want wondering if its possible to fix what as happened to my muffler.. the rivets that hold the huffler together have started to leak. here are some pics:

so my question is.. can that material be welded? or maybe use some liquid gasket? or is it even possible for it to get re rivited? if i can get the exhaust fixed this way, it would be much faster for me, and easier on spugen so that they dont have to send out another exhaust..

and for the record.. im not blaming anyone for this, this could happen to anyone, also Duc and greg from spugen have been very helpful in trying to resolve this issue.. id most def buy this exhaust again if i had too!

Well seeing that it is Ti than I would guess the only person who can weld it is some specialty shop. My best guess would be JB welding the entire seam even though it sounds really half-assed... it might work till you get a replacement.

Man, I wish I could help you. I do sheetmetal in the airforce I could rivet that in a heartbeat if you were down here. Don't weld it. If you want you can find a machine shop and most machine shops do riveting or some type of sheetmetal place (like roofing) ask around....if u can not get anyone to fix it and spugen is taking to long, ill see what i can do in the mean time for you. PM me if u have any questions.
