Default Pulsation dampener on fuel rail

There are two crush washers i believe, one small, and one larger. The smaller one goes at bottom of the banjo bolt, the fuel line, then the bigger one on top, correct? I had the smaller one on top a believe thats why my fuel pressure was dropping severely because it wasn't letting fuel into the dampener, which then in turn lets it into the fuel rail.

I never thought of them as larger or smaller, but one is corrugated which allows fuel to flow around the irregular shapes of the washer up to the pulsation dampener, so it goes on top. The washer which does not have the corrugated look goes on bottom and prevents fuel from leaking downwards. hope this helps.

yes, the washer that goes on the bottom was on top with the other one, it was blocking the fuel from entering the rail.. thanks
