Pusling vibration on the highway
#12
Okay, an UPDATE:
This morning I was on the highway heading to work. I was feeling the vibration as usual and decided to push in the clutch. Bam, vibration was gone. Re engaged the clutch and it immediately comes back...

I had helped Nick with this install. Initially the front bushing bolts were quite loose the next day when the vibration showed up, of which I recall torquing down. So I'm thinking either I installed something wrong (can you install the rear bushings in backwards?) and they vibrated loose, or I am having a false memory (mandela effect wuuutt), or there was another problem that was masked by his very worn diff bushings. After Nick had a local shop torque everything back down the vibration was lessened, but the issue not resolved. I'm very interested to diagnose this problem as well, as I am well vested.

The two larger bushings on the rear of the diff. I drove his car yesterday and it was more pronounced during acceleration and deceleration. I'm also wondering if he just needs his cups swapped.

Well, the car is with Jason @ CNC until tomorrow. He came with me for a test drive and noticed the vibration but didn't seem super concerned. He is going to look over the car tomorrow and repack my drive shaft with fresh grease. He also said it might just be the new stiffer differential mounts.
If he finds something, great..if not I will just turn up the music and not give a shit haha!
Thanks for everyone's help, especially Brett's (RedCelica)!
I will post an update tomorrow.
