My car is in storage a couple hours away, so I can't do this myself. I am ordering gold heat wrap to wrap a few things including my intake and need to get an idea of how much I need. Could someone with a FIPK measure the exposed length of intake up to the heat shied, no need to include the rubber clamps.

I can measure when I get home, but when I wrapped mine, I covered the outside of the heat shield and the pipe with about 22' of the DEI gold foil tape. I had extra on the pipe since it wasn't an ideal surface to mount the tape to and I wanted to make sure nothing came off. I also overlapped quite a bit wrapping the pipe so that added to the total.

That would be great! I actually bought the 12"x24" sheet for now. I will need 10" for the circumference which should leave just enough for my ball joints in the 2x24" strip. I just had another spot I wanted to do and need to know if I will need a touch more.
