Rear DIff MAybe?
 

[B][FONT=Times][SIZE=7] SO i recently bought this used s2k 72k miles on it and im givin my friend i ride in it start mash get vtec in 2nd shift into third and as soon as i let out the clutch a terrible noise from rear end and so i pull over to a stop take it out of gear start to feak a lil bit and then put it back into first start to let out the clutch and then a terible loud grind noise but there is no fluid leak or anything like that from the rear diff...... im hoping i wont have to replace everyhting doesanyone know what that could be???? maybe its just one part inside the rear diff like a the shaft assembly or somethin if anyone has experienced this or knows somethin let me know THanks

Sounds like your ring and pinion gear in the diff. There's been a bunch of these lately.
Easiest and cheapest solution is to swap out for a used differential.
