Default Rear wheel noise - can anyone help identify (WITH VIDEO)

I'm having issue with a noise coming from the right rear. Its more pronounced at low speeds, doesn't seem to change whether the brakes are being applied or not, nor does it seem to be effected by cornering. I did the axle nut TSB years ago and just rechecked it, re greased and re torqued.

Problem came on suddenly a few days ago after a good amount of driving over loose dirt and sand. Is there any chance this is a sticky caliper, or some type of debris lodged in the brakes or rear drivetrain or perhaps something rubbing on a brake dust shield or the like.

Anyone here experienced this or know whet the issue is? I was hoping for some additional expert input .

many thanks fellas

All starts with insufficient axle nut torque.
