JOC... the mating surfaces are clean and free of "tweak marks" from previous installations? Making sure surfaces are flat with no "hickey marks" may help seal the surface evenly. Light, even sanding.
I use a fine grit sandpaper (like wet-or-dry 400 or 600 grit) on a nice flat metal plate --- to kinda surface parts (esp aluminum ones) --- before installation.

I had a very similar problem, although my leak started before the ballade TCT was installed. Root cause was unrelated to the TCT as well.
Tried replacing the vtec solenoid gasket. still leaked.
tried re-tightening the pressure switch. still leaked.
It turned out that the pressure switch's silicon seal had worn off. unscrewed the pressure switch and put silicon then installed it back. no leak since.
Are you in socal? If so, try a visit to Ballade. If not, i'd at least give him a call.
