JOC... the mating surfaces are clean and free of "tweak marks" from previous installations? Making sure surfaces are flat with no "hickey marks" may help seal the surface evenly. Light, even sanding.

I use a fine grit sandpaper (like wet-or-dry 400 or 600 grit) on a nice flat metal plate --- to kinda surface parts (esp aluminum ones) --- before installation.

tried re-tightening the pressure switch. still leaked.
It turned out that the pressure switch's silicon seal had worn off. unscrewed the pressure switch and put silicon then installed it back. no leak since.

Are you in socal? If so, try a visit to Ballade. If not, i'd at least give him a call.
I think I have the same problem as you. Right below my vtec solenoid I can see a very small amount of oil leaking. Runs all the way down to my oil filter. Not quite sure if I should replace the vtec solenoid or just the o-rings?

Wtfffff I changed the gasket with the little filter that goes against the head, the entire switch on the side of the solenoid WITH a new o ring as well and still leaking. I keep finding the oil inside the plug there on the side of the solenoid as shown in this pictureReplaced tct timing chain tensioner and hear a supercharger whine noise-xkhvcvc.jpg

So no fix for it. I have the same noise. I'm sure that whining noise is not normal. I'm already trying to result to replacing the idler gear and timing chain at this point.
