Default Rhino Ramps and Front Chin Spoiler?

Greetings Folks,

Will Rhino Ramps work with the Honda Front Chin Spoiler (as long the car is not lowered beyond stock)?

Thanks in advance... nico

No they will not work... I have the chin spoiler and rhino ramps - they do not agree with each other. IF you haven't bought them yet, save your money. I can't get my ZR-1 up on them either!

Have you tried driving up on a block of wood first and then the ramp (meaning place a piece of wood in front of the ramp)? I've found that to be effective for the ramps I use.

Turbo power is correct....some combination of pre-ramp wood (i.e. 1X6 + 2X4) will get your there. It's been done. Email Mark DiGrappa...I'm sure him and I discused Rhino ramps when we talked and he mentioned someone using this trick.

The trouble with driving up on wood, then the ramp, is the Rhino Ramps slide away from you. (RWD) Front wheel drive cars seem to work ok. I had purchased two sets... I have one set brand new still in the box - will sell cheap if anyone wants them!

With the chin spoiler, I had to drive up onto wood even to get my jack under the car....

Best alternative is to make your own out of wood. I suggest 2x10's layered, beveled and stepped. They work very well and allow you to easily get your floor jack under the car and then jack stands.

Does anyone know if Rhino Ramps will clear w/o scraping on a spoiler-less S2K?

This is the product you want.

You can get them at http://www.protechproducts.net/images/tools.asp

I have had them for over a year now and absolutely love them.
