Happened to me when I changed the slave... I was pumping the new dot 3 when the slave popped out of the clutch fork hard. I just had to make sure the salve was correctly lined up with the clutch fork.
How are you dealing with putting the slave back in the clutch fork? Is it popping out when your driving around town? What do you do when it pops out? Pull over and fix on the spot?

well it only happens when i punch it and open the vtec. The clutch pedal gets soft than the pedal when i try to shift the pedal will go down and will not come back up , knowing the slave cyclinder has popped out. It has happened twice only when i punch it and it fixable on the spot.

I was cheap when I changed my civics slave and i used the cheapest slave and cheapest dot 3 I could find. That car drives like shit. I learned my lesson and bought all OEM with my S. It feels great and I don't have any loose pedal problems like I do in my civic.
Could it be temperatures? are you driving on cold or hot days?
