So today I replaced the intake air temp sensor replaced the secondary 02 sensor and removed the defouler. Also hardwired the ballade air pump delete soldered all the wires to make sure everything was connected properly and changed the gasket on the throttle body to make sure there was no vacuum leaks there. I reset the ecu and the vehicle is still having the idle bouncing problem any other ideas?

I assumed you did the idle relearn after all that. Are you sure you ruled out vacuum leaks? Check all your hoses. It might be leaking frok the pcv valve for example. Try a smoke test.

Two things can cause the idle to hunt up and down on its own. A vac leak after the TB, or the IAC valve is stuck.

Dont think that your brand new IAC can’t be stuck. The only way to check it is split the halves and free use the shaft.

Thanks billman so I went ahead and searched for a vacuum leak this is what I found I attached a clip can that cause the idle hunt? Seems to be air coming from the screw on the throttle cable

Mines doing the exact same thing! It drives fine but everytime you come to a stop and idle, it does that. Did you find the problem??
