What should i replace along with clutch?

Default What should i replace along with clutch?


I ordered all my parts to replace my clutch flywheel, etc. is there anyhing i am missing or that you would recommend i replace while i have everything apart. here is what i have as well as an act hd pressure plate. i am replacing the hardware i hought would be good to have new ones. any suggestions welcome.

Clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, UREA grease and I’d recommend replace the throwout guide sleeve too. Also new flywheel or resurface the one you have.

DEFINITELY get a release bearing guide sleeve and some HT urea grease.

If you are short on funds you can just replace the friction disk and TO bearing, sand the FW and PP and be OK.

You can save money by just resurfacing your flywheel. Everything else on your list is good.

...unless its an ap2 with 22 lb flywheel. Perfect time to update to ap1 or lighter flywheel for more responsiveness and faster shifts. Now is the time.

Yes i have an ap2 and im getting a brand new ap1 flywheel. i will definitely add the sleeve and maybe the fork too. i already have the grease. Great list guys thank you
