Werid noise when pressing down the clutch paddle

The car was perfectly normal and it has just passed 110k km, And I just changed the brake pad 2 days ago. When I drove into my garage, the clutch started to feel weird. There is a weird metal noise when pressing in the clutch every time it idles, the paddle feels more resistance but everything else is perfectly fine for now, not noticing any other unusual sound or strange behavior with the car.
I have uploaded a video and the sound with it.
Could this noise relate to the contamination of the brake/clutch fluid?
I did some research and could this be a clutch bearing issue?
This car is my daily, I'm kind of worried
if it is critical than I will take the public transport instead.
Any idea?

Looks/sounds like the piston going into the master cylinder needs to be greased. While you're at it, check for a leak on it as well, mine did something very similar and it was due to a slight leak. Needed to replace the MC and it was good to go. Apparently a somewhat typical issue with these cars.

CMC commonly leaks on the back where the rod comes out and connects to your pedal. Look under your dash and you can see it.

A thing that squeaks sometimes, though mine didn't sound anything like yours, is the little ball-joint where the slave cylinder rod pushes into the thing that moves your throw out bearing. Just clean, grease, and it's good to go. This may not be your squeak.

Me? Yes had put some grease on the fork as well, not sure if you should do that though so a I only used a tiny bit.
Not sure if there is much to guide about, the fork just pulls out by hand (you cant get it out completely though unless you remove the transmission).
Check the other link posted after mine for more info or try searching.
