I don't see anything leaking, how do you grease the piston. I am kind of new to this DIY scene.

I replaced the Clutch master Cylinder and regreased the everything. While i am on it i regrease the shifter ball joint as well. Now the car has no noise and shifts great.

Sounds like you need grease on the ball end of the slave cylinders piston. Easy to do if you get the right grease, get under the car, loosen the slave and apply some grease to its piston head. Then position it back into the cup of your fork. If your slave leaks fluid while compressing it to get back into the fork's cup then you rather repair or replace it.
