Shocks
 

Dont know if this is in the right spot, but oh well..im buying neuspeed springs..and i was curious if anyone can give a site where they sell bilstein, or koni shocks for the S2000, ive been looking but im having trouble finding anything.

That's actually a very good price. Comptech sells the same shocks for $796.

Nothing for the S2000 is cheap.

Yeah, thats very true..i might have to just run the springs for a little while and buy the shocks later

Yeah, I did that. Just know that the stock shocks don't handle as well on a drop...and that they will eventually wear out and the car's cornering will be affected. That's the boat I'm in now. I can hang in the turns with the other S2000s but I feel loose all the time.

Does it feel like that initially? right after you install the springs? or does it take a while?...i live in phoenix, so i dont do corners ...but im planning on getting the springs on before i go to cali in two weeks and im takin the coast. i dont want the suspension to be wack

No, not initially. I have driven my car for 40K miles on the stock shocks with lowering springs.

How hard is it to install the shocks and springs? i heard teh springs were not that bad, but what about the springs?

I don't know, I didn't do my springs and I don't plan on doing my shocks. There's an article in the Library about doing the springs/shocks.
