Single Clunk under Acceleration

Getting a single clunk/pop under initial acceleration that I can't figure out. Cars stopped, I start to move and then a light pop from the rear diver side. Had the car up on stands this weekend for some work and can't find anything. Axle nuts are cranked down, couldn't torque them a single mm more. Checked all the control arms other than the alignment ones and all tight as can be, subframe is torqued. Not getting any freeplay between the driveshaft, diff and the axles. Brake pads are fine as are the rotors. I greased all the caliper pins. And yet, I pull out of the driveway today and get another light pop/clunk.

Have you checked your motor mounts? I know you say the sound is coming from the rear but maybe its just perceived that way and is actually coming from the front.

I'll take a closer look.

Its totally silent over bumps? Cause I'd be thinking upper shock mounts, swaybar links, etc, except then it'd make noise ocer bumps, too.

Is the noise always from going fwd after reversing? That would be a big clue.

No noise over bumps.

One thing I have noticed is that I hear it more when there is load on the drivetrain. Hard to explain, but theres a small lip going into my garage. When I back in and I'm stopped on that lip and have to give it a bit more gas to get over that lip I noticed it more so than normal. That said forward/reverse don't seem to have anything to do with it. I can pull straight out of the garage, come to a stop, start rolling forward and hear it.

No vibration. Also swapped buckets two years ago and its had axle spacers ever since.

When torquing axle nuts did you use appropriate tools? Obviously isn't a 1/2" socket job.

Originally used an electric impact. I was standing on the breaker bar this time and didn't move it a mm. Pretty sure its torqued.
