Recently my S2k started smelling like burnt pizza. No idea where it is coming from but it seems to permeate the cabin and just reeks up a storm. looked under the car, nothing, honda says to drive the tank to empty as it might be bad gas. Anyone ever have this before?

I know you've checked underneath so my best guess now is to suggest that you check under the hood.

 

I had a bag get caught in my helmholtz resonator that burnt causing all kinds of smells..

 

I found a dead bird in front of of my radiator. He must have flew through the holes in the bumper.

 

maybe someone replaced your cabin filter with some pepperoni pizza

 

I know this doesn't help at all but I lol'd at the thread title.

 

Have you been launching at high RPMs or uphill? A burnt clutch can smell nasty, and it lingers a while.

 

cheese or pepperoni?

 

Let your car idle and get hot, does it smell?

Or does it only smell after driving? Could be your brakes burning up.

 

How dirty is your engine bay? I'd just wash the car down and check the filter. Look for leaking.
