Default Spark plug tube lower seals (well seals)

Not even sure if there is a seal there, right near where the spark plug screws in, where the tube attaches to the cylinder head, a well seal? Is it possible to replace these seals? any done it? job scope? complicated?

Bottom of this tube (not my picture hope owner doesnt mind)

There's no seal there. If I remember correctly they are either pressed and/or cemented into the head. (assuming you're talking about where the metal tube goes down into the head)
