Default Srs reel and steering wheel install

I while back I removed my stock steering wheel to install an aftermarket steering wheel and hub. I'm now wanting to install my stock wheel back on but I forgot how the srs reel went on. Does it just go on simply how it is or does it have to be centered or something? I remember when I removed it the reel spun around and did a few full turns, is it un aligned now or something or does it not matter? I know it sounds confusing but I can't really think of how to explain it. I'll appreciate any help

It must be centered otherwise you're going to destroy it the first time you try to turn the wheel.

Should be roughly 2 1/4 turns each way, that's how you find the middle.

Cool thanks Fernando! And as for the srs reset once I put it back will this procedure here work? https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/667...airbag-system/

Or is there another DIY somewhere? I couldn't find much
