I have an 06 AP2 s2k that I broke the input shaft on the transmission (A.K.A mainshaft) Im in the process of pulling the transmission off however I ran into and issue I was able to undo all the bolts, cables, wiring and the shifter however the transmission slides about and inch away from the motor then gets stuck. No amount of prying or wiggling will get it to budge. Any ideas on what to do?

Did you remove the clutch fork from the pivot point?

This issue for trans stuck one inch out is common.
