viscreal2000 - I have the RacingHart C5's you were asking about.
They look and fit perfectly.
I am running wide tires(255/25 18s) in the rear and they fit perfectly, without sticking out. The car has a much wider stance, and looks very aggessive.
Email me if you want pictures. I have many.

I meant no insult. I just thought Mugen prices were a little high. I can get headers, exhaust and carbon fiber intake for my NSX for less than $4000. I have seen those parts add over 20hp.

Well, thanks pnty dropper for your offer but I already have your pic in my gallery! ( :
I think I'll go 17s though. After reading import tuner? I think 17's are maybe the way to best of both worlds....although your 18's look stunning. I am also very tempted to get Volk Racing GT-P's too. Arrrghhh!
Jim Lieber! I agree with you that the SC is undoubtedly the best bang for the buck. Before I went this route, that very compelling price per hp argument ran around and almost.....almost won out.
However, I really wanted to have a naturally aspirated engine, and this is in fact the reason I bought the s2k. The F20c is pretty hard to beat....espeacially when it's tuned correctly. Going NA is more expensive, takes more planning, and ultimately will never reach the output of a F.I car but IMHO offers rewards the other can't.
Don't get me wrong I'm as envious as hell! But, for me I think I went the right way. (: As for Mugen? Well yes they are expensive..but for good reason...( this is coming from someone who had serious problems with thier product) they perform flawlessly.
If you were to drive my car back to back with a stock s2k (no offense to anyone), you won't believe it's the same car. I have a few items to go (final gear, TB, and flywheel) but feel I already have cured the weak points and enhanced the good without exxagerating the bad.
(idea!) Jim, since you are one of the 1st SC owners, it might be interesting to do some sort of comparison of a NA mod car vs the SC car vs stock. It'll be FUN anyway. lmk..
p.s Loki, want to to race? need you as a 2nd baseline. (cliff has HKS) You are stock? (;

Viscreal, I think you did the right thing in offering to pay for the scratched rims.
I don't know about the legal implications (different in US to OZ) but morally I think you know that you were responsible for damaging them.
Had it been me, and I found out the wheels had the wrong offset, I would have gone straight back to the wheel supplier, asked him for a refund because the wheels he sold me weren't suitable for my vehicle, got him to put my original wheels back on and then reordered the correct wheels from him or someone else.
Alternatively, I would have taken the vehicle off the road so as not to risk causing any damage prior to returning the rims and getting the new ones fitted.
Sorry this had to happen to you, hopefully it will be a learning experience and you will better protect yourself in future.
