test pipe install

Default test pipe install

HI everyone i put on my test pipe and got a cel i have the anti-fouler and still got it i even added a longer fouler and it still came on anything i can do to make it turn off and if it on the car can go into limp mode right?

i did re-set it i want to keep the cat off does this only happen on 02

No, there is no such thing as limp mode. The car will not perform any differently with the CEL on.

You should have no problem with the right defouler. Pull the code. Sure you didn't do an intake or anything at the same time?

I made the custom one and i got one ebay i did a intake but had no cel at all for about 500 miles and i got a cel after i did the testpipe about 30 miles on it ill pull the code tommrow any one else have any problem running cat-less

so if the light on there will be no diffrence in proformance at all i still going to get the code pulled but there is no limp mode

Yeah the CEL is just warning you something "may" be wrong for ppl that modify there car it's bound to come on somtime esp if your going catless. I'm pretty sure it's that intake that's probably causing the CEL best way to find out it's not the TP is install the stock air box and run the TP and Anti-Fouler.
