Default Throwing a CEL

Full code P1457 EVAP Emission Control System Leak Detected (Control Canister System)

I just started throwing this code a couple weeks ago.. My mods are as follows and have been installed for around 30000 miles. Intake, testpipe (with fouler trick), exhaust. Is this a faulty o2 sensor? or something deeper that i have to really be worried about? Help as always is appreciated.

did the light come on soon after you filled the gas tank? try to tighten your gas cap and let it run a few cycles. other than that not sure what else it could be at this point.

I have filled the gas tank many times since this light came on and the cap is more than tight enough

P1457 is NOT the gas cap. P1456 is for a non-sealing gas cap.

Search for my DIY on P1457 your problems will be solved. It is the only DIY in existence on this code.

MIGHT???? They are pathetic.

Demand your money back. If they had half a brain, (and they dont) they would realize the book is wrong.

Follow my DIY. Trust me. The dealer will drain your wallet. and youll still have the code.

I threw up this same code and when I went to check it out at the dealer's they couldn't find anything wrong. They just reset the code and it never came back on again. They tried to charge me $80 for the labor (I had a warranty though) and I told them no way I am paying for anything...and left without paying. Not my fault the car throws up faulty codes, that's Honda's problem.
