Are you sure you are not getting caught up on the shifter mechanism? It is fully apart and not in the way?
Some mentioned lowering the engine and subframe, which you should. But you likely did if you have all the trans bolts out. But just in case, there are two bolts you cannot get out or even get to well unless you have dropped the subframe a few inches. It appears you have done that from the pics though.
And to ask the very obvious, you have removed the trans supports and drive shaft, correct?

Otherwise it should come right out. Mine was out in about 3 hours when I replaced my clutch. So I assume there is just something interfering you are not seeing.

Yes I lower than the subframe I take all the bolt the drive shaft

And even if you did they have gear when to take out the fork the clutch those engaged so they go neutral

I don't know what I going to do with this s2k

Starter bolt out 1
All bolts from the transmission out 8
Shifter out
Drive shaft out
Fork out
Transmission mount out
Subframe lower

I see your big gap on bottom what about a gap on top. If both have a big gap then your past all the stuff we've talked about and your prolly just hung up a hair. Make sure transmission is straight, like if engine is tilted back then transmission is also tilted back. Try to slide tranny forward 1 in and then jerk it back towards you. Not sure how your doing this but I do this lying on my back; no tranny jack and holding rear of tranny with hands and front of tranny with knees. This is fairly dangerous so make sure your strong enough to hold 100lb above you; otherwise when it comes free you may drop this on your ball sack or teeth.

You can use the stock jack against the valve cover and intake to tilt the motor back and give yourself a better view of the top of the transmission
