What im seeing and hearing so far though, you have engine damage, with best case scenario being a HG, and worst your cyl #1 is down and possibly damage to your turbo as well. It could just be blow by from your cylinder thats down though, and turbo is ok. You wont really know until you clean it up and start examining things.
yea thats what ive been thinking that number 1 is a goner but just praying its a valve seal that went out...and i was having alot of smoke coming out of my breather from valve cover. Would that point out any possibility of it being something else?

Smoke out of the breather means piston rings. Its blow by gases not being combusted, slipping past the rings. Again probably broken piston ring land or severe cylinder scoring in general.

A turbocharger is a two closed-system device. There is no physical way for fluid or gases from the hot side (exhaust driven turbine) to migrate to the cold side (turbine driven compressor).

Honestly is sounds like you either detonated cylinder #1 and the piston ring lands are shot (and, by proxy the cylinder walls) or your blew the head gasket. Or both.

You may want to post some details about your build. What turbo setup are you using? What are you using for boost control and engine management?
