Hey Pino,
For valve clearances you can look under the hood, it is noted there.
There are also at least two stickies under DIY that deal with the subject.
Out of the Helms FOR AN AP2 (F22C):
In: .21-.25mm (.008-.010 in)
Ex:.25-.29mm (.010-.011 in)
Please check to make sure the AP1 clearances are the same.
If I were you I would fix the humming sound you posted about before I tried adjusting the valves and creating more confusion.

thanks R!.. the thing is i got the car from japan with a carbon hood and there is no info about the clearances... yup ill take your advice ill solve a problem at a time... but since the car is not a daily car and ill be leaving it to the shop so we can solve all the problems before i start using it again..i just wanna stop worrying about the car..... we have like a 10km open road just outside the shop which is not a busy street where we can check the car after fixing evry problem. where do you think can i get the specs on the valve claerance???? thanks R1 oh and merry xmas!!!!

Same for all s2ks, AP1 and AP2.
Ideal setting are:
Intake .008
exhaust .010
If they've never been touched, you'll find the intakes are at .010-.012, and the exhausts are at .010-.013.
Bringing them to minimum spec makes for a nice, smooth, quite, fast car
