VTEC solenoid bolt

Hi guys

My friend was tightening the VTEC solenoid bolts on my car today and managed to snap it, so half the bolt is sitting still in the solenoid / bit where it goes onto the block, and the other half has completely broken off, just after with the beveling for the screw starts. The bolts look like this:

How would one go about getting it out? drilling it / tapping it i assume. Would anyone know where to get some replacement VTEC bolts?

Such an inconvenience.

bolt extractor might work but someone with experience should chime in.

Bring the other bolt you have to Home Depot or Lowes. They'll have it there.

Pics of what's the broken bolt looks like would help with the advice offered.
If it's broken flush or in the head, then like said above, try to unscrew it by catching any tangs or imperfection in the break.
If it's fused flush or less than flush, I'd punch it flat, centerpunch it, and use a undersized lefthand drill bit. Once the bit starts, and is drilling, apply and release pressure and hope it catches the broken threads and winds them right out. If it's stuck, then once the LH bit goes through, try an extractor. Go slow. You don't want to break that off, but I have used RescueBits to get them out too..
