My car has 21k miles and want to know if it would be worthwhile to change the fluid at this time and what I should use?

Honda MTF. You'll need 2 quarts. I change mine approximately once a year. Check your owners manual.

haha it is beating a dead horse but why not help because we all know!

my 2nd used to grind for no reason... clutch all the way down and shifting at correct speed and rpms,

so i heard good stuff about gm synchromesh and gave it a try and havent grinded gears since then
