Wheels and tires correct offset?

Default Wheels and tires correct offset?

Hello Everyone.

Okay I have looked at a lot of various posts regarding tires/wheels. Searched and still not sure what is the answer. I want to run the 17 or 18 OZ superleggras. But I do not want to have any rubbing issues. I do drive the car aggressively. I am not sure what is the offset one needs to run to not have any rubbing, I was looking at adding the adj comptech springs further down the road. Is there a proven set up that works with out rubbing? and if so what wheels , tires and offsets are they ! I greatly appreciate any info!

I don't know much about 18" but for 17" superleggera, offsets are 45 front and 48 rear to properly tuck wheels in.

front 225/45/17 back 255/40/17 This is the set up that I am going with as soon as Tirerack restocks OZ 17"s.

Yeah I may end up going with 17's . I thought tire rack was caliming only a 205 with 17's in the front ,if you can run those sizes and not have any rubbing issues I would do it for sure.

The reason I am going with 225 in front is because my car pushes quite a bit on tight turns. If you go with their recommendation your car is going to understeer too much imo. 225/255 has similar staggering to stock with slightly wider front, which is what I am looking for. My alignment is 6.5 caster, -1.5 chamber, and 0 toe and -2.0 chamber with 0.3? toe in back. I hope this helps.

17*8F 235/40ZR A032R +49 offset
17*9R 255/40ZR A032R +63 offset

no rubbing, I would have liked to have had a +52 or +53 front.

ordered from tirerack.com

I called in and Spoke to Oscar, they will tell you what their finding were best for the car.
