Where to buy and install ATS gear set?

I saw someone (1randyc ??) has this gear set installed which increased the final gearing from 4.1 to 4.5.
I am really interested if anyone know where to buy, how much $ and cost to install this gear set.
I am also curious if the speedometer reading is affected.
