How would a spun bearing oversize the bore? If the bore is all scratched up and scored you're better off sleeving the block or picking up a used one. The amount of headache is inversely proportionate to how much you're willing to spend.
Factory bores can be oversized .25mm max and oversize pistons are impossible to get from Honda, even my contact in Japan can't get them. Mahle makes pistons compatible with our cylinder bores, but they're +$700 a set. If you just want to get it honed It's actually not too different from normal block honing. The only caveat is that you need the right stones, and the right procedure.
Porsche's Lokasil is very similar to Honda's FRM, at least the honing process is exactly the same. First step is a 200 grit silicon carbide stone, then 400 grit. Then using a felt pad and very fine silicon carbide paste 600 grit or finer, for what's known as the exposure step. What this does is it scrapes a layer of aluminum from the bore and exposes the carbon fiber matrix, this is what your rings ride on.
I'd look for a Porsche specialist, or sport bike specialist as their liners are also supposed to be honed a similar way. Otherwise buy the stones and give them to a reputable machine shop, along with the manual specs and the gist of these honing instructions.

I made some enquires regarding line boring the journels and its not such a good idea.
cam timing will be out and will have problems with camchain cover and bell housing as will need machine work also to align everything up.
They will have to skim bottom of block and top of crank carrier to line bore ect...
its a very high rpm engine so was not recommended.
was quoted £500 but went for another motor replacement

Oh I feel silly you meant the mains, yeah, you can't really do that with this engine.
