Default Wiring Woes... Any Ideas?

Hey all. I relocated my main underhood fuse box to the trunk along with my battery to prepare for my FI install in the next couple weeks. It was quite a headache but I finally finished it up this weekend. Turn the key on and everything seems to function properly EXCEPT the fuel pump does not prime and the top will not fold down! Now the fuse box I moved doesn't contain any wires that are associated with the fuel pump that I am aware of so I am stumped as to why it would not work... at the same time I did the fuse relocate I also installed a Walbro 255lph fuel pump so I'm thinking it may be a dud? I dunno if any of you have any ideas but I thought I would post and see what you come up with before I start shooting in the dark trying to figure out the problem.

Thanks

Start with a voltmeter to determine if there's truly no voltage to the pump. You can pierce the insulation to do this rather than to pull the pump out.
