Would anyone know why my clutch gets soft when I punch it on my ap1?

Would anyone know why my clutch gets soft when I punch it on my ap1?

Ap1 rebuilt motor. Clutch replaced bleed the clutch. Changed slave cyclinder

There is a good chance the free play on the clutch rod is too tight, seen that happen before, check the clutch rod free play , if it is too tight loosen it up until you have some clearance. Easy fix if that is the issue.
