Endless Zeal makes the b-series ($1350) the B2 ($1475) and the B6 for ($1900)... does anyone have any experience with these coilovers... anything good or bad to say about them????

Zeal like the rest of the reputable suspension makers in Japan have more than one version to suit different application/usage. Has anyone gone to the website to check out what's available? http://www.endless-sport.co.jp/product/zeal/
There are currently a few options to choose;
L1 - Function B2 (Primary Street & Light Winding Road/Track Use) - Height Adjustment & 6-Way Damper Adjustable | 2 preconfigured spring rates - Street: F6K R6K, Track: F8K R8K
L2 - Super Function AKA Z (Very lightweight design + lighter springs (Known as Zeal Swift Springs), Street & Track applicable however recommended for Street use.) - Height Adjustment & 6-Way Damper Adjustable | 1 preconfigured spring rate - F6K R6K. * Note this spring rate is also for track usage.
L3 - Function B6 (Full aluminium constructed shock with even lighter weight than the above - Bias for Track Applicable) - Height Adjustment & 6-Way Damper Adjustable | 2 preconfigured spring rates - Street: F6K R6K, Track: F8K R8K
L4 - Function S6 * Flagship * (Full aluminium construction + Zeal Swift Springs - Highly recommended for Track only) - Height Adjustment & 6-Way Damper Adjustable | 2 preconfigured spring rates - Street: F6K R6K, Track: F8K R8K
Zeal is also about to release a new series - Function X incorporating their latest technology and development. Currently no catalogue or specifications available at this stage.
You can download the current Zeal catalogue here, but you'd need to have the Japanese version Acrobat Reader downloaded. http://www.endless-sport.co.jp/prod...al/function.pdf

I have a set of B6's on my S and love them, just make sure you don't fvck with the spring rates (unless you know what you're doing), and adjust the shocks according to the application (track/street). It's pretty easy to change ride height as well.

im thinking of picking up some zeals, they are b6 from a local....
ive heard they are great but im trying to make sure im doin the right thing.... for the price (1100) and the miles (33k) are they worth it?
can they wear out?
i havent really bought quality coilovers.... just ones for my eh2 to dump it....

I heard about the ZEALs B2 and B6 are very noisy and there were problems for not enough adjustment for the rear of the S2000. This is the common problems with the ZEALs and haven't been improved since they released them in 2001 till now.

All Zeals are noisy, even the top of the line Super Function and Super Function R ... Aluminium pillowball, higher rated springs and more responsive shocks ... These are all improvements of handling. The downside is noise. There is no all round benefits of being dead silent while having rail-like handling. The more aggressive the setup of the coilovers are, the noiser they will be.

I have the B6s and they are ok. The fronts you can really lower but the rears have a limit of 1.75 inches before it hits the nipple which is to high IMO for this car. Just doesnt look right at that drop. Ride is great all the way upto 130mph (just had some fun over the weekend).
Overall they are great but if your a guy that likes to slam the car then these are not for you.
