Eventually, people get what they deserve. Sometimes, justice takes a while to make its round but more often than not, the principle that one reaps what one sows is vindicated. I hope you don't run into anymore problem with this particular individual.

There is no good resolution to this situation except for the employee to be gone, whether voluntarily or not. Substance abuse is insidious and hurts everyone involved.
