Legal. I too, thought this was a thread about fashions in swimwear. ie... what happens to speedos after a brush with thongs. Have you flossed today?

My Acura RSX was really off... look at this



100 miles per hour was at the top... 60 was at a right angle.

You mean "60 was at a left angle" Maybe Acura is trying to tell you that your normal cruising speed ought to be 100 MPH. Or maybe they got confused by the metric system and thought they were putting 100 Kilometers straight up (yes, I know, there is a km/h dial underneath).
