I love photography and stills are the most fun. Since I have a mobility disfunction I am thinking I want to do some more of this type of isolation shot that brings out the subject.
I just need to re set up my little shooting spot.
Click SSSnakeSSS and you will be taken to my site where many of my pics are posted. Note that the pics are copyrighted, but I allow friends (such as board members) to use the pictures as long as they do not make money from them. So enjoy, I have a small fan base at Connie's office that use some of my shots as their desktop backgrounds. Enjoy!!!!!

Is any one else having problems with S2ki.com lately? It keeps going down on me. No minds in the gutter! I just can't get it to stay up. Argh.
Nevermind. It's up now, finally, so here are some photos of my paintings and ceramics...
I'll start with these old house pots. I made them when I was 17 and out of high school.
The following are all watercolors I made. I took the same teacher at the local Jr College about four times. We had to make a painting every week. That got old. But my goal in taking the first class was to make a painting I liked well enough to frame and put up in my own house. I succeded. These are all on my walls right now....
^These three are the same painting. I copied a calendar photo.
^Another painting I made from a calendar photo.
^Also a copy of a calendar photo.
^This one I made from a photo I took of a sunset at Kennedy Meadows. I was standing at my trailer looking to the north when I took the photo.
^I copied another photo I took, for this painting. It was a bog up near Menache Meadows, about 20 miles north of my Kennedy Meadows trailer.
^I copied a photo I took at my trailer at Kennedy Meadows, looking to the south, for this painting. The sun was going down. The South Fork of the Kern River flows down that valley.
^This is also from a photo I took. It is of Kennedy Meadows, looking north. I could have painted a little speck in it to show my trailer but I left it out. I took the photo standing on the Pacific Crest Trail and it shows the South Fork of the Kern River.
^This is one of the boat Andy gets to keep, on Lake Havasu, also copied from a photo I took. The mountains are California, the river is the Colorado River, and the boat is on the Arizona side of the river. We used to boat camp there every year. Past history now. Going to make new camping memories with a new honey, I hope.
^One of my kids made these from clay. I just love them. I've got a thing for spheres, be they marbles or something else.

^ Patty, you haven't even posted your stained glass yet. You seem to be talented in several media.

Thanks, Val.
Great stuff, Patty. My favorite is the one of the doorway with the flowers around it.
Oh, and I've had TON of trouble with S2KI.
It was very weird I kept trying to add to Granny's "get well thread" and I'd get a pop up from Norton Anti virus about a "worm intrusion" As long as I don't click on Granny's thread I was OK. I finally sent her a PM.
