Call Center guy flips out on customer
Isn't outsourcing great.
A serviceman repairing our range was telling me that a lady in town broke the glass top on a Maytag double oven range and had to wait "six months" for the replacement part. He said she called the store manager every day for six months to see if it was in!
What would you do in that situation.... kind'a between a rock and a hard place.
