Tonight's rotation was Italian food. This is how the Italian restaurant sent me home with the takeout. It works perfectly. The cutdown box fits on the floor in front of the front seat. Nothing slides around. No problems.

I do like this idea. I have one of these. When it first came out I bought one thinking it was a very cool idea. Next time it's Chinese food night, I'm going to try it.

Rob & Liz,

If you have not seen this TED Talk by the native New Yorker about Chinese food I think that you may find it interesting? FWIIW: I never knew that "Fortune Cookies" were originally Japanese in San Francisco.

$20 plus shipping for a plastic box? You can get a cooler for that kind of money.

I recall them being about $11 at Costco, the brick and mortar store. They always have them in stock out west.
