Default Colors and their racing hertitage

I'm trying to research the color Berlina;I know that Spa,Sebring Silverstone,Imola,Suzuka are all race tracks around the world.Of course Formula red has really no meaning and championship white is understood. But is there any meaning to the word Berlina?
Any help would be great !

I've seen a lot of cars with a berlina trim in the model line-up(mostly Italian) but can't figure out the source of the name

If Berlina is Italian for sedan, is the name "Berlina Black" just an invention of the marketing department. I know they all are, but some of the other names are also names of race tracks.

Here's a related question. Years ago countrys used to have "racing colors" for example:

Japan White
Germany Silver
Great Britian Green
France Blue
Italy Red

Does anyone know the others?

I suspect that "Berlina Black" has as much racing tradition as "New Formula Red." Let's face it, but for the need to distinguish between the two slivers, anything other than "red", "black", "white", "yellow", or (in the U.S. at least) "blue" is pure marketing department hype.
