my Lovely bride forwarded me an email for an invitation to hear George Winston play.
Seating limited to 60 people. I said YES!!

then she changed her mind and said it was too much money.
by then it was too late.
sigh.

Never heard of him. Good that you saved the money.

I have some of his CD's. When you need to unwind and relax in front of the fireplace.

My wife's brother's band, Cowboy Mouth, opened for George Thorogood at the Calvert Maritime Museum last Friday (August 10).

It was an excellent show and I sincerely hope I'm that spry when I'm 68

Went to see ELO last night. It was 90mins of non-stop 3:30 hits. While the crowd was "a bit older" the place was rocking. The major show that we see Thievery Corporation, we will be the old folks again.
"At the winery" next week is Conjuto Philadelphia, a Cuban music ensemble from, well you guessed it. Oct 6-7 Cape May Wine and Music Fest, always a killer.

We went to a bar tonight to see a band that no one knows. And, probably never will. They were SO GOOD. He worked in the auto assembly plant at Ford (I only know that because my friend who worked for Ford recognize him). He was so good; I met his wife, and I told my wife I want to hire the band for our 50th.......... which is coming up.
