It's going well, Dave. Good people. Could be busier, but it's a slow time of year. New manager is busy getting shop better organized, is good with employees, etc.

Amazing to see a CEO who is so generous with the troops, one who recognizes that without their efforts there would be no success and that their individual performances would ultimately determine the performance of the organization. I do wonder what the goals were, in light of the beating oil and gas producers are taking in the market these days.
