Did the pollsters only survey "hot" women? If not, then what good are the results?

I saw that article. 
All I can say is that it didn't hurt when I posted a pic of me in my S on my dating profile way back when. The +1 was certainly impressed.

Doesn't work for me. With the top down they can see my thinning grey hair. 
The motorcycle is a different story though. With the helmet on, and the smoked shield, the young ladies think I'm 30 years younger than I am. I get lots of smiles and thumbs up.

That demographic would be questionable. How would we distinnguish between the hot dates thay got on their looks versus the hot dates they got with the car or some combination of both?
