Rob, without reading the link, I'll say, I have a hot car (my NSX) and it hasn't gotten me a hot date, or even a cold date for that matter.

Well, I think a hot car would get you a hot date, but whether that means other dates depends on the usual stuff like compatibility/attraction/etc. The +1 (and others) loved my car pics on my dating profile, but I dated many, many guys over the years between separating from/divorcing my husband and settling down with him. I liked some, some liked me, a few guys ended up being relationships for a period of time, but I didn't really want to be tied down to one person until I met him. He was definitely worth waiting for.
