I'm not sure I ever want to use PayPal again.
That's !

Thanks Patty, ops, Patricia. We agree. Its BS. They got their commission, which we did not expect. This was the buyers idea of an easy transaction. I could not believe when I ask why is there a hold, is it the buyer (who we know) and they said, no its you. And why's that? Because you want your money. What a nice system.

I would never use them again. I'm in a bad mood so I'll say what I'm thinking. No Vaseline, even. They are punishing you after screwing you and it's your friggin money.

Thanks, I think you and I are on the same page a lot. As my mother always said, "say what you mean". That's not popular in many places, households, websites, etc. Now I admit, there are times when its not the thing to do.

Yeah, that's true. Missunderstandings are amoke with over sensitive individuals. I have to be careful with my son and his wife but I still manage to earn his wrath. It takes the fun out of visits. Sometimes people look for things to get offended over.

Believe me, he and his wife know how much you love them both. So sleep on that.

Update: I'm not sure where I left off, but on 9/7/18 we finally uncovered a phone number to call. After waiting a callback-hour we spoke with a live person. She said the issue had nothing to do with a shipping label. She explained PayPal put a block on our payment because we tried so often to transfer the money. Really!!! Of course, we wanted payment! The rep said she tried to assist the transfer but was unsuccessful. She said wait 48 hours and try to transfer it one time only. On 9/10/18, after a total of 72 hours we tried a transfer and got the same refusal and called Customer Service again. After a 2-hour call back wait we spoke with a Rep. He asked what error message we were getting: “Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction. Please try again later.” The same message we have received constantly for over a week. The Rep advised us engineers have been working on resolving our transfer issue since 9/6/18 and kept apologizing for our frustration. We were told once again to wait and try later in the day using a “withdrawal link” sent to us in the message center. Of course when we tried 5 hours later on 9/10/18 we got the same error message. I keep thinking, what if we desperately needed this money asap. I will be calling them again Tuesday and ask them to send an f'n check. We will see where that goes.
