Never had had a strong liking for alonso.
especially after they cheated in singapore to get him the victory.
He has also had the innate skill to go to teams on the crux of failure.
or then again he help brings it on to a degree himself.

Impressive to see Ferrari in the front row and give the Merc's some competition. Either the Russian track is a total bore or the TV camera's just want to make it so.

Other than the starts of both F1 and Indycar today I was sure glad I had lots of Push to Pass left on my DVR remote.

Not likely with Honda's lack luster performance but I would also LOVE to see that. Perhaps this time he will remember where the winners circle is and not have to run there to meet the Royality for the throphy presentation.

Yea, I've never been a fan either. Always came across as a prima donna. It does seem like he's mellowing a bit though. Compared to Lewis, he's almost personable.

Alonso's in car comment in the China race was incredible though: "I've never raced in a car with this little power before"....

Wow, talk about a massive finger to the eye of Honda.

It was amusing listening to Hamilton whine about his temperature issue in Sochi with the constant "is everyone else having this problem" question.

Kudo's to Bottas in any event as he drove a superlative race. His remark on the cooldown lap was priceless: "Well it took long enough to get here....". But then he gave the team kudo's for their support. I have a feeling he is rapidly making himself the favored driver within the technical team.
