Default Fall Harvest meet update

I have secured the venue and date for the Saturday night banquet ( Nice menu). Am in the final stages of fine tuning the drive route. Bring your cameras- gorgeous vistas!Hotel is nailed down! Comfort suites, rate is $119 plus tax. All rooms are suites with breakfast included. Gas station at entrance to hotel driveway. I intend to make this a fun time for everyone.

Looking for input on shirts to commemorate the meet. I know that we all have drawers full of event T-shirts. I was wondering if folks would be interested in a half zip sweatshirt similar to the ones Ellen had for the Green Mountain Tour in 2007. They would cost a bit more but are something to wear anytime during the cold weather- I still love mine and wear it all of the time in the cold months.

Everything sounds good. When will the hotel begin booking reservations?

They will hold rooms until about 4 weeks out from the event. Booking now.

I agree that I have more S T-shirts than I need. I think that the sweatshirt is a great idea. It will work well on morning drives in the Fall and Spring.
