Mike, <tof>, are you guys going to be ok for weathering Michael when it hits the Gulf Coast?

Yeah, we won't get much impact from Michael, assuming it follows the expected track. We are currently experiencing a little coastal flooding due to sustained winds pushing the gulf into our bays and rivers. But nothing too serious. I feel for the folks who live in the central Florida panhandle. Sounds like they are in for a rough time of it.

Thanks for asking, Jim.

Depending on storm track the Carolinas could get slammed again, this time from the backside.

I think they have dodged a lot of rain this time, although did not talk to her in the past couple of days. I do see wind in today's forecast (up to 50 MPH), so hope that won't be a problem. Her biggest worry has been trees falling. Pretty heavily wooded.
