I like grapefruit juice, I think it is really good at doing all that. Being Italian we get a lot of tomatoes into us in different forms, plus herbs like oregano and basil along with garlic. There is a lot of doubt about Tumeric, but they say for it to have an effect you need to eat boatloads of the stuff, then it also has the potential to harm some organs. I'm not sold on tumeric benefits.

I clean my organ with lemon juice. That citric acid really leaves a beautiful, clean surface. Smells nice, too.

My wife brought home an artisan soap one day that had some kind of menthol in it, and that soap certainly "stung" certain parts when I used it.
