Well its about that time again. Got all the tail gating goodies out for a good cleaning. Here in Texas they have had the "Friday Night Lights" on for the past two weeks. All non-divisonal play at this time. I just can't get over watching 6'+ / 300lb+ high schoolers on the field. Give them 5 more years and I can only imagine how big the folks in the NFL will be.
College starts this weekend. Be sure to root for my Ags against Clemson. Should be a good game. Looks like the folks at Clemson have reloaded with a great crop of Freshman.
And last but not least only two weeks till the NFL starts playing for real. I won't be going to any games at Texas Stadium until late September or October. The stadium will be over 100 when the outside temps are only in the low 90's. The field temps can get up to 120.
Not enough liquid refreshments to keep cool.


Love this time of year.

 

I like it, too...I've been switching between Nats and Redskins games a couple of times already. They are both up and down teams, but I root for them anyway!
