I know many of you have lovely houses with gardens. I have an enclosed balcony with lots of plants. One in particular, an orchid, was given to me two years ago by Val (Darlene) when my mother died. It bloomed for about three weeks then went into hibernation. Until now. It appears a new stalk is finally coming up, so I'm hopeful there will be blooms before too long. And for some reason, the hibiscus that came from my mother's house is blooming more this year.

Now that we've had some summer weather flowers are taking off. Still lots of blooming to do but enjoyed my view when I came home for lunch today
